Running with Ed  |  Open to all Teams

The 4th annual Running with Ed (RWE) relay is a 38-mile, 10 leg race traverses spectacular Park City, and gets you home in time to see the kids soccer game or catch a movie. The course offers everything from trail to pavement, challenging climbs to fast downhills, easy legs for beginners and tough ones for experts. Winding past Olympic venues, iconic landmarks, City Park, neighborhood schools, and historic Main Street, this is Park City’s best!

Summer Soltice Flute Festival  |  Open to all ages

One of the premier Native Flute festivals in the world, the 9th Annual Summer Solstice Flute Festival will be held at the Newpark Town Center Plaza, June 21-23, 2013. The Festival will play host to some of the finest Native American Flute musicians in the world in what is being called a “World Music Event.”

Free evening concerts will be held Friday, June 21 & Saturday, June 22 from 6:30 to 9:00 p.m. on the Newpark stage. The Friday evening concert features Grammy award winner, Mary Youngblood and internationally renowned World Music artist, Suzanne Teng. The Saturday evening concert features multiple award-winning performing artists, Joseph Firecrow and Vince Chafin.

In addition to the evening concerts, the Festival will host 3 days of live flute music, Native American-style flute makers, artisans and vendors from all over the United States. The Festival opens Friday, June 21 at 12:00 mm and runs until 9:00 pm. Hours for the Festival Saturday are

10:00 am and runs until 9:00 pm, and Sunday 10:00 am and runs until 6:00 pm

The Pink Series Half Marathon |  Registration Open

The Pink Half Marathon is Utah's first, largest, and best ladies only half marathon! You don't want to miss the excitement of Pink! So grab your mom, your sisters, your girlfriends, and your training partners for a weekend of your favorite things. Park City is the perfect location for a fall half marathon and weekend get-away: gorgeous course and scenery, charming downtown, Tanger Outlets just across the street from the finish line, fantastic restaurants, fitness, and fun. 

NEW THIS YEAR, for those ladies wanting to be part of the Pink experience, but aren't ready for a half marathon, we have a 5K just for you. The 5K will end at the same finish line as the half marathon and all runners will be able to celebrate and mingle together in the Newpark Plaza.

Celebrate the Spirits |  Registration Open

"Celebrate the Spirits" will be a family-oriented 5K family running event and trick-or-treat festival in October around Halloween. Proceeds will benefit Camp Hob�/ Basin Recreation intends to support the event providing trail access and marketing support.

About Camp Hob�: Camp Hob� is a special summer camp designed for children with cancer and their siblings, who are often forgotten in the cancer experience. Camp Hob� gives kids the opportunity to participate in camp activities just like healthy children whose families are not affected by cancer.
